The Rockwood Park Kids of Steel was held on August 22, 2015 at Fishers Lake with 94 children aged 6- 15 taking part in the swim bike run event. This is a great way to expose our youth and families to an active lifestyle. An annual event sponsored by Human Performance Centre so check out our website next year for the 2016 date. Our goal is to make it the biggest one yet!!
